NOTE: On the website for the motherboard it says that it only supports 1200MHz DDR2 RAM, but in the video and i also contacted Tigerdirect, and they've said that it also supports 800MHz DDR2 RAM NATIVELY. I am going to use the Stock CPU Cooler/ Fan. If you check the dimensions on the case, will an ATi Radeon HD 4850 fit inside this case? I have tried to include much detail in this question as it is hopefully my last.

Interesting. You chose a micro atx form factor motherboard and a regular atx form factor pc case. The inside of your rig is going to look rather empty, but if you're ok with that, then your build looks fine. You shouldn't have any problems at all running DDR2 at 800Mhz. And as for the stock cooler, being that you'll be using the micro atx motherboard, you don't have much of a choice as most of the good aftermarket coolers are quite bulky and might bump into your memory slots. PS: I don't think you need the thermal paste. All the stock coolers I've ever seen bring the paste pre-applied. But I've always purchased Intels, AMD's might be different. Maybe someone else can verify that part.

Ok the 4850 should fit your case just fine. also are you sure you need thermal paste?. i wasnt sure about that so i asked on yahooanswers and people said that on the bottom of the heatsink there is thermal paste already applied. so you dont need to get thermal paste, but i would probably just double check that. also im a little worried about your power supply. im not sure how much upgrading you plan to do in the future but this might come in handy educations.newegg.com/ tool/ psucalc/ index.html what exactly do you mean by Windows 32 bit and 64 bit? in any case go with 64 bit if you havent decided yet. overall good build. good luck!
