Question: Whats wrong with my computer monitor?

I have a flat screen monitor for my computer, and lately whenever I turn in on, it will turn on for a second, then go really dim so that I cant even see it. I have to repeatedly turn it on and off again before it stays on. This is really making me mad, and its happening more frequently. Any help?

The backlight it probably going to die on it. That happened to me and i only had my flat screen monitor for a year. It got to the point where it wouldnt come on at ell. It was an HP i bought online and i paid 400 bucks and for it to last only a year.

Try brining it to a Best Buy or future shop. Ask them if they could fix it. If can't buy a different one.

Try adjusting the display settings on the monitor it's self... there are usually some buttons on the monitor that will adjust brightness contrast and color.
