Put old hard drive in a hard drive enclosure and connected to a new computer, but it looks empty?
My hard drive went bad. I bought a new one, installed it into the computer, put the old hard drive into a hard drive enclosure, hooked it up to a computer and tried to find the files. The hard drive appears to have folders, but they look empty. Another weird thing is that when I connect the hard drive to the USB port, Drives F and H both come up. F is explorable and seems to be empty. H says I need to format it before use. If I format it, it'll erase the data won't it? How do I get the files off this hard drive?

Backing up things on my computer?
I called compaq today and they said that i might need to restore my computer to factory condition and that I needed to back up my files, such as music and photos and stuff like that, and I was just wondering what the best and most convenient way to do so, and the easiest way, i don't have a flash drive that can hold everything that I have, is there a website that makes it easy to store your stuff on there and is easy to get back and put it back onto my computer such as if i upload my music to a website, is there anyway i can get the songs back more than one at a time ? Whats wrong with my computer?
Last week my computer started acting weird so I held the power button for about 30 seconds then it turned off. Since then for some reason it takes my computer almost 15 minutes just to open firefox. I keep running virus scans but nothing shows up. Why is everything on my computer so slow?I continue to run a virus scan with AVG and COMODO firewall and nothing comes up. I cleared the cookies on my computer and the internet is a little bit faster but everything else is still very slow.

Why does my computer go to google when i type in facebook.com?
i have a hp laptop and whenever i type in facebook.com, the page loads as google.com. this happens on internet explorer and google chrome. also, when i try typing facebook in on google and click on the facebook link, it says " this url cannot be displayed" this doesnt happen every single time, but i happens 1 in 3 times. why does it do this??

they are a national company headquartered out of Land of Lakes, Florida. They charge a fee of 79.95 per hour, one hour minimum, and come to your home to repair computer problems. They offer If we cannot fix it, the service call is FREE. I did a Google search and one link claims they are ripoff and scam artists, but whenever I get to that site from the link, it freezes my computer I tried 3 different times, including a reboot . ANY HELP would be appreciated before I commit to the service call.It was NOT their site that froze my computer 3 times, it was the site of the report of them being scammers that froze me 3 times.
